Well defined stop. Short, strong muzzle.<\/p>\n<p><b>Eyes:<\/b><br \/>\nRound, large and intelligent, dark in colour.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ears:<\/b><br \/>\nLong and well fringed, set on level with the eye, close hanging.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mouth:<\/b><br \/>\nThe jaws should be strong, with a perfect, regular and complete scissor bite, i.e. the upper teeth closely overlapping the lower teeth and set square to the jaws.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nose:<\/b><br \/>\nBlack\/brown according to coat colour.<\/p>\n<p><b>Neck:<\/b><br \/>\nGood length, proudly arched.<\/p>\n<p><b>Forequarters:<\/b><br \/>\nForelegs straight and fine boned. Shoulder well laid.<\/p>\n<p><b>Body:<\/b><br \/>\nShort, strong, well-proportioned. Level topline. Ribs well-sprung. Strong loin with moderate tuck up.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hindquarters:<\/b><br \/>\nHind legs well-muscled, with good turn of stifle; straight when viewed from the rear.<\/p>\n<p><b>Feet:<\/b><br \/>\nSmall and round.<\/p>\n<p><b>Gait:<\/b><br \/>\nFree, parallel movement fore and aft, no hackneyed action.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tail:<\/b><br \/>\nOf medium length, clipped with a tuft of hair to resemble a plume. Carried gaily on the move.<\/p>\n<p><b>Coat:<\/b><br \/>\nFairly long and wavy but not curly. Fine and silky. Clipped in the traditional lion clip.<\/p>\n<p><b>Colour:<\/b><br \/>\nAny colour or combination of colours permissible.<\/p>\n<p><b>Size:<\/b><br \/>\nHeight 25-35 cm.
